Drawing/tailing is a common problem in dispensing. Common reasons include too small inner diameter of nozzle, too high distribution pressure and too large distribution amount.

 

When the open rubber head starts dispensing, there will be a distance between the rubber head and the rubber valve. If the dispensing machine starts dispensing immediately, there may be a section without glue in the middle, and then there will be wire drawing. How to deal with this phenomenon? The way to deal with it is to switch glue in advance and delay switches.
